These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wadjplanner.com and your purchase of our digital planners. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Wadj Planner

Wadj Planner sells premium digital PDF planners for instant download. All products are digital; no physical items are shipped.

2. Your License

Each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the planner for personal use.

• You may use the files on your personal devices (iPad, computer, phone).
• You may not: resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files; claim them as your own; or use them commercially without our written permission.

3. Purchases & Payment

• Prices are displayed at checkout; applicable taxes may apply.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store card numbers.
• Discount codes (e.g., WELCOME10) are one use per customer and cannot be combined unless specified.

4. Delivery

Download links are delivered instantly to the email you provide at checkout. You are responsible for keeping a backup copy of your files. If you lose access, contact us and we will help you re-download.

5. Refunds — All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once your order is placed and the download link is delivered. Because our planners are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned,” we are unable to process cancellations, returns, or refunds after purchase.

We strongly encourage you to review the product description, preview pages, and compatibility details carefully before completing your order. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us — we are always happy to help resolve file-related problems.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

6. Compatibility

Our planners are designed for iPad apps such as GoodNotes and Notability, and for PDF viewers on any device. Third-party apps are owned by their respective companies; we are not responsible for changes or issues within those apps.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, text, and branding are the property of Wadj Planner and are protected by copyright law in Canada, the United States, and internationally.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your state or country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
