Wadj Planner didn’t start in a boardroom. It started at a kitchen table — between school runs, meetings, and the quiet hours after the kids finally fell asleep.

For years, I worked inside companies designing the systems that keep them alive: the workflows, the communication, and the structure that turns chaos into projects delivered on time. Organizing work wasn’t just my job — it became my craft.

At the same time, I was a mom trying to build something of my own. A business that would give me more time with my children, not less. My days were a constant juggle — and I needed a tool that could hold both worlds without dropping either.

So I looked. Paper planners. Digital planners. Apps. Notebooks. And everywhere I found the same thing: beautiful pages designed by people who had never managed a real project, a real team, or a real household. Pretty — but never built for how life and work actually run.
